  • Afternoon – free time to visit expo, independent cupping sessions, connecting with producers and Brazilian supply chain

  • 3:00pm – World Championship Finals, Disclosure of Coffee of the Year 2018

  • 8:00pm – End of ICW and Closing/Barista Party 2018

Saturday, Nov. 10th

  • 10:30am – Flight from Belo Horizonte to Monte Carmelo

  • 1:00pm – Commute and lunch at Fazenda São José

  • 2:30pm – Technical visit

  • 9:45am-11:30am – Visit at Fazenda Marcos Miaki (sustainable and awarded farm, Rainforest Alliance and UTZ Certified)

  • 1:00pm – Arrival and lunch at Fazenda Dois Irmãos (Maria Gabriela Baracat, first place at Quality contest from Cerrado, possible to enjoy a dive in the waterfall inside the farm before lunch)

  • 2:30pm-5:00pm – Technical visit

  • 6:00pm – Arrival and visit Cafebras – Cupping session and happy hour (accredited exporter from Cerrado)
